Privacy Policy

• Account. Your email address, and if you sign in with Discord, your Discord user ID, username and avatar.
• Membership. Subscription status, plan, renewal and cancellation dates, and whether the premium role is currently granted.
• Billing. A Stripe customer reference, the card brand and last four digits, and your payment history.
• Consent. The date, time, IP address and document version recorded when you accepted our terms.

We never receive or store your full card number, expiry or security code. Those go directly to Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We also do not read your Discord direct messages or any server we are not in.

To charge the right person the right amount, to grant and remove the Discord role automatically, to answer support and billing questions, to defend payment disputes, and to meet tax and accounting obligations.

Only the services that make the product work: Stripe for payments, Supabase for the database and login, Vercel for hosting, and Discord for delivering your role. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We may disclose data if the law requires it, or to investigate fraud or abuse of the service.

Account and membership records last while your account exists. Billing records and consent logs are kept for at least seven years after the last payment, because tax rules and card network dispute windows require it, even if you delete your account.

Email support@mispricedhq.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. We action requests within 30 days. Deleting your account cancels your membership and removes the Discord role; it does not erase billing records we are required to keep.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including under the GDPR or the CCPA, such as objecting to processing or asking us not to sell personal information. We do not sell personal information.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
