Terms of Service

Membership buys you access to private channels in the Mispriced HQ Discord server for as long as your subscription is paid and current. Inside those channels we post alerts about pricing mistakes, clearance events, coupon stacks and similar retail opportunities that our monitors and staff find.

You are paying for access to that information feed and community. You are not paying for any particular deal, any minimum number of alerts, any guaranteed saving, or any product. We do not sell the products in the alerts and we are not affiliated with the retailers we mention.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract and use the payment method you provide. You need a Discord account in good standing, since the membership is delivered as a role on that account.

Membership costs $49.99 per month, charged to your payment method when you subscribe and then automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

By subscribing you authorise us to charge that payment method on a recurring basis without further notice or action from you, until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice sent to your account email; the new price applies to renewals after that notice period, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend or remove your access until payment succeeds.

When membership is full you may join the waitlist by saving a payment method. Saving a card places no charge and creates no membership. It gives us your authorisation to charge that card for the first month of membership at the then-current price at the moment we approve you and a place opens.

We approve people in the order they joined, but we do not promise that a place will open, that you will be approved, or when. You may leave the waitlist at any time from your dashboard before you are approved, and the saved card will not be charged. If the charge fails when we approve you, you do not become a member and no access is granted.

You can cancel whenever you like from your dashboard on this site, under Manage subscription and billing. We will offer you a discount to stay and ask you to confirm; decline both and the cancellation goes through immediately. There is no phone call and no email required.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your Discord role is removed automatically at that point. See the Billing and Refund Policy for what is and is not refundable.

Your access is personal to you. You agree not to:

• share, resell, republish or forward alerts outside the server, including screenshots to other deal groups;
• share your account or Discord access with anyone else;
• scrape, automate against, or relay our channels to another service or bot;
• harass other members or staff, or disrupt the server;
• use the service for anything unlawful, including fraud against a retailer.

Breaking these rules may end your membership immediately and without refund, and may get you removed and banned from the Discord server.

Retail pricing changes constantly. Alerts can be wrong, late, out of stock by the time you read them, limited by quantity, or restricted to a region. Retailers routinely cancel orders placed on a pricing error, and they are generally entitled to do so.

You decide what to buy and you carry the cost and the risk. We do not promise profit, resale value, or that any order you place will ship. Nothing here is financial, tax or investment advice. Any figures we publish about past savings describe past events and are not a prediction.

We aim to run continuously but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Discord platform is operated by Discord Inc. and is outside our control; if Discord suspends the server or your account, or changes its own terms, our ability to deliver access may be affected.

We may suspend or end your membership for breach of these terms, for abuse or fraud, for a chargeback, or if we stop operating the service. If we end your membership without cause, we refund the unused part of the month you paid for. If we end it for breach, fraud or a chargeback, we do not.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Yushy Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or cancelled orders. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, where Yushy Ventures LLC is formed, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any claim that does go to court belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware, and both of us agree to that venue.

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@mispricedhq.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue. Most billing problems are fixed the same day, and almost nothing that reaches us needs a lawyer.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give notice by email or in the server before it takes effect for you. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the updated terms. Each version is dated, and the version you accepted at signup is recorded on your account.

Mispriced HQ is a trading name of Yushy Ventures LLC, a limited liability company. Yushy Ventures LLC is the merchant of record for every payment, the party to this agreement, and the entity that appears on your card statement as MISPRICEDHQ.COM.
